Check-in is from 14:00, self-service, so there is nobody to wait for. Check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive early, message us in the chat: we will see whether the flat is ready, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.
How do I book?

No, luggage storage is not available here, neither before check-in nor after check-out.
Do I need to send you my documents?
No, documents are not sent over WhatsApp. Registration is done with the online check-in: the link arrives by email when you book. It is a legal requirement: guests’ details must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
How do I pay the tourist tax?
At La Rua we do not handle it: the owners collect it directly.
Is there air conditioning?
No: La Rua is the only one of our places without air conditioning. There is heating, as in all the others.
Can I come by car? Where do I park?
Yes, and it is easy: right outside the building there is a free parking area, unattended.
How does recycling work?
You do it yourself, with the bins you find in the flat: organic, plastic and metals, paper and cardboard, glass, general waste. Only the bin of the day is put out, outside the door, from 22:00 the evening before until 6:00 in the morning, and it is taken back in after collection. The calendar is in the instructions; if in doubt, write to us in the chat.
Do you arrange transfers?
No, we offer transfers only in Naples. Castel di Sangro is walkable; for longer trips, write to us in the chat.
How many people does it sleep and what are the beds like?
Up to 4 people: a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed. There is one bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Pets are not allowed.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you booked on a platform (Booking, Airbnb and the others), the conditions of your booking apply: you find them in the platform’s confirmation. If you book directly with us, the 50% deposit paid at booking is not refunded. Last-minute bookings, which are paid in full before arrival, are not refundable.
How does it work for children?
Little ones are welcome: up to 4 years old they sleep free in the double bed. We cannot add an extra bed here, and we do not have cots or high chairs. Up to 1 year old they do not count towards the number of guests; from 2 years old they count as adults.
How do I pay for the stay? Do you issue an invoice?
You pay by bank transfer only: 50% when you book and the other 50% the day before arrival. For last-minute bookings you pay everything before arrival. For the invoice, enter your details in the online check-in link: we send it automatically by the Friday of the week after check-out.
Are there quiet hours?
We ask for quiet from 22:00 to 10:00: no loud noise and the TV kept low, out of respect for the neighbours and other guests.
What if I am locked out or something does not work?
Write to us in the chat: WhatsApp support is always on, so problems get fixed while you are with us, not afterwards. If you are locked out, we call the on-duty person.
