There is no kitchen and no washing machine. There are no cots or high chairs. There is no private parking, and pets are not allowed.

- From 14:00, self-service (self check-in): there is no reception desk, you let yourself in with the instructions we send you on WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival.
- Getting in
- At the street door you ring «Yes I Know My Room» and we open. Then the first floor, on foot or by lift. On the landing there are two doors, entrance A and entrance B: yours is written in the instructions.
- Check-out
- By 11:00. Late check-out is not available: the cleaners prepare the room straight away for the next guests.

- Free storage, before check-in and after check-out.

- There is no private parking. Garage Schisa is our partner and about 100 metres away (just say you are a guest of Yes I Know My Room). Then the blue-line paid spaces on via Foria and nearby streets, with a scratch card or the EasyPark app. Or the Metropark at Napoli Centrale station, a guarded car park one metro stop away.
- Tourist tax
- €4.50 per person per night, cash only: leave it in the room, on the desk, before you go. Cards, bank transfer and PayPal are not accepted. Residents of Naples and anyone under 14 are exempt.
- Breakfast
- You can buy it. In some rates it is already included, and you find the voucher in the room. You have it at Caffè Foria, via Foria 120, a few steps away: open 7:00 to 21:00, Sundays until 14:00.

How do I get in?
At the street door you ring «Yes I Know My Room» and we open. Then the first floor, on foot or by lift. On the landing there are two doors, entrance A and entrance B: yours is written in the instructions, with the code. We send them on WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival. The instructions also have the Wi-Fi network and password. A few days before, we ask for your arrival time: just reply in the chat.
How do I book?
Pick your dates on the calendar (and a room, where there is more than one) and press the WhatsApp button: the request is already written for you. You do not pay on the site: our automated assistant replies and a person gives you the quote.
What are the check-in and check-out times? And luggage?
Check-in is from 14:00, self-service, so there is nobody to wait for. Check-out is by 11:00, and late check-out is not available. Luggage can be left free of charge before check-in and after check-out. If you arrive early, message us in the chat: we will see whether the room is ready, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.
Do I have to send you my documents?
No, documents are not sent over WhatsApp. Registration is done with the online check-in: the link arrives by email when you book. It is a legal requirement: guests’ details must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
How do I pay the tourist tax?
Cash only: leave it in the room, on the desk, before you go. Cards, bank transfer and PayPal are not accepted. The amount is already worked out on your booking, and residents of Naples and anyone under 14 are exempt.
Is breakfast included?
In some rates yes, and you find a voucher in the room to use at Caffè Foria, via Foria 120, a few steps away. If yours does not include it, you can buy it. The café is open 7:00 to 21:00, Sundays until 14:00. There is no kitchen in the rooms.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We arrange it, and you book it in the WhatsApp chat: we need your flight number and the time you want to be picked up. We check the driver is available and confirm in the chat; then the driver contacts you. Payment is cash only, directly to the driver.

Is Foria far from the centre?
The Duomo is a 12-minute walk (800 m) and the National Archaeological Museum 16 (1.1 km). Piazza Cavour metro is 5 minutes away. The area is very quiet and residential, and the historic centre is within walking distance.
How many guests can it host, and what are the beds like?
Six rooms, up to 16 guests in total. Every room has a double bed and a private bathroom. Je So' Pazz and Allora sì can have an extra single bed. A me me piace 'o blues also has a double sofa bed. Vento di passione has the whirlpool tub. Pets are not allowed.
Can a group book the whole place?
Yes. The six rooms sleep up to 16 people, and we gladly host groups too, for example wedding guests. Message us in the chat with your dates and the number of people.
Can I cancel my booking?
If you booked on a platform (Booking, Airbnb and the others), the conditions of your booking apply: you find them in the platform’s confirmation. If you book directly with us, the 50% deposit paid at booking is not refunded. Last-minute bookings, which are paid in full before arrival, are not refundable.
How does it work for children?
Little ones are welcome: up to 4 years old they sleep free in the double bed. If you need an extra bed, we prepare it on request. We do not have cots or high chairs. Up to 1 year old they do not count towards the number of guests; from 2 years old they count as adults.
How do I pay for the stay? Do you issue an invoice?
You pay by bank transfer only: 50% when you book and the other 50% the day before arrival. For last-minute bookings you pay everything before arrival. For the invoice, enter your details in the online check-in link: we send it automatically by the Friday of the week after check-out.
What if I am locked out or something does not work?
Write to us in the chat: WhatsApp support is always on, so problems get fixed while you are with us, not afterwards. If you are locked out, we call the on-duty person.
Is it better to book direct?
Yes, it is the most convenient way. For every date, our direct price is lower than on the booking platforms. You write to us, our automated assistant replies and, for the quote, we take care of it ourselves.
